In this role, you'll guide guests through dry suit snorkeling tours, ensuring their safety while sharing your expertise in local marine life. The ideal candidate has experience in dive leadership, enjoys working with a variety of people, and is committed to providing a fun and safe experience in Alaska’s unique waters. *18+
We are seeking a Bike Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of bikes used in our outdoor tours. The role involves ensuring that all equipment is in top condition for daily use, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and assisting with bike setup for tours. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in bike repair, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Join our team as a Lead Guide and help create unforgettable adventures in Sitka’s stunning landscapes! In this role, you’ll lead groups on biking and hiking tours, sharing your knowledge of local history, ecology, and culture while ensuring guest safety and enjoyment. The ideal candidate is confident in group leadership, has outdoor guiding experience, and thrives in dynamic, guest-focused settings. *18+
Step into adventure as a Support Guide and assist in delivering exceptional tour experiences! You’ll help lead outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and snorkeling, provide safety support, and enhance guest experiences by sharing knowledge of Sitka’s natural beauty. This role is ideal for those who enjoy teamwork, are eager to learn guiding skills, and love working in the outdoors. *16+
Be part of our Wild Arts Gallery team as a Gallery Assistant! In this role, you’ll welcome guests, assist with art sales, and share the stories behind locally made artwork and glass creations. You'll also assist in prep work for our Art & Culinary tours. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and passionate about customer service and the arts. *16+
