Cancellation Policy
High Output Tours – Direct Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable local taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if any details appear incorrect. 2. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that plans can change! Cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled tour – receive a full refund. Cancel less than 24 hours before your tour or don’t show up – no refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–7 business days to process. 3. Weather & Safety Tours run rain or shine — this is Alaska! Please dress for changing weather conditions. HOT may cancel or modify a tour at any time if safety could be compromised (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, bear activity, or landslides). If we cancel due to safety or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 4. Minimum Participants Some tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. If a tour doesn’t meet the minimum, we’ll contact you as early as possible to offer an alternative date, tour, or full refund. 5. Arrival & Check-In Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour’s start time to check in and meet your guide. Tours depart promptly; late arrivals cannot be guaranteed participation or refunds. 6. Waivers & Participation All guests must sign a liability waiver before participating. Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf. Please review the tour description for age, mobility, or weight restrictions and contact us in advance with any concerns. 7. Health & Accessibility We welcome guests of all backgrounds and abilities! If you have medical conditions, dietary needs, or accessibility considerations, please reach out before booking so we can help determine the best experience for you.
